Doris Sheldon Bigelow

Doris both attended and taught country school from the early 1930s until 1952. She attended a country school near Orchard, Iowa until 1947. Then, she began teaching at Shian School from 1947-1948. She also taught at May Independence School from 1948-1952 in Mitchell Township in Mitchell County, Iowa.
