Cap; U.S. Navy enlisted man's World War I issue; heavy navy blue wool material; flat top style; exterior black ribbon hat band, gold embroidered lettering, "U.S. NAVY"; navy blue satin lining; interior leather hat band; worn by Mr. H.M. Immerzeel during World War I. Donated by his widow Mrs. H.M. (Mable) Immerzeel of Cedar Falls, 11-26-69. Cap was not dry cleaned. Size: 7 3/8; diameter: 10 1/2 in., height: 3 1/4 in.
