Sigma Tau Delta pin and Kappa Delta Pi pin, held together by a chain. Sigma Tau Delta is the National Honor Fraternity for English majors who write. Greek letters sigma tau delta in black on gold plated pin. A red and black pen is in the center of the pin, and a black torch to the right of the pen is also present. On back is inscribed "A. E. D." Kappa Delta Pi pin, National Honor Education Fraternity. Gold pin with Greek letters in gold surrounded by stars, also in gold. On back of pin is inscribed "A. E. D. I. S. T.
