Metal food scale with weigh table and front dial. The base is white with a slight flare at the bottom for stability; the stainless steel weigh table comes out of a hole in the center of the top of the base. The dial on the front is cream with black; around the outside there is a circle with dashes measuring up to 16 oz; in the center is a needle used to show the weight on the scale, needle is sharp on the indicator side and has a decorative half-moon shape on the opposite side; also on the dial face are two "Cost per LB" charts, above these are the instructions "In order to maintain a 40% food cost: Find your portion cost in the table below. Multiply this by 2 1/2 to establish the minimum menu price.", below this is the logo for Edward Don & Company.
