Top 3/16" is red with white letters. Middle 9/16' is white (blue letters/red stripes). Bottom 1/4" is blue. Top section says "I'm for" in white letters. Middle section says "Nixon and Lodge" in blue letters. 2 red stripes, 3/16" long appear horizontally in mddle section. Back of button is silver with pin.

This pin is in support of Richard Nixon and Henry Lodge (Republican) for the 1960 Presidential election. They ran against and lost to John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson (Democratic). This is the first time that Alaska and Hawaii were included in a presidential election because they had both become states in 1959. Nixon and Lodge won Alaska and Kennedy and Johnson won Hawaii.
