Appears to be an unfinished barbed point and has a broken tip. The first two barbs are finished and sharply jut from either side of the piece. A third barb is unfinished; a small, narrow slot cuts through the piece lengthwise. Two notches are carved from the edge to the slot's ends. The piece is three-sided, with only one sharpened edge. The back tip is flattened. Dart shows minimal staining and a few hairline cracks and chips.
