Smooth sided triangular shapes on forehead along sides of hair. 3 sets of 2 curved scarification marks on forehead. 8 bars scarification at corner of eyes. 2 open ovals scarification on each cheek. 3 bars between eyebrows. Large eyes painted white. Slitted eye openings. Long, thin nose, closed pursed mouth. Ears carved in "D" shape with small triangle inside. Large crack in outer rim of mask. Lower inside of chin broken away. Carved portion of mask undamaged.
