Baule Mblo Mask in guru style. Curving horns on top. Kneeling female figure grasping horns. Figure wearing 2 shells on braided fiber necklace. Beaded string wrapped 4 times around waist. Snake carved from forehead, extending down to chin of mask. Both horns and animal have deeply carved striations. Pigment remains on tips of horns and portions of carved animal. Mask is mostly flat under carved animal. Slitted eyes, small erect ears, rectangular combs on either side of mask. Pigment peeling and chipped, flaking off.
