Wooden plaque with metal nameplates attached to the front in two columns. At the top of the plaque is a metal relief style plate with, "Northern Iowa Golf Classic" and an image of a man swinging a golf club. The UNI logo is cut out on either side of the metal plate and yellow felt is attached to the back behind the logos. Each name plate has the year, school. and name of the winner along with their final score and the school's overall score. One name plate, for year 1990, is missing.
