The name on the jacket is Rosel and there is one pin on the left lapel that is black and of an eagle, and the pin on the right lapel is of a caduceus, the two snakes wrapped around a staff. There is a metal pin above the patch "US NAVY" that has an eagle over the globe and two guns across the world.
