Titled "New Stanford Achievement: Advanced Examination: Form V. For grades 4-9." Test by Truman L. Kelley, Giles M. Ruch, and Lewis M. Terman. 24 pages long. This exam was taken by Doris Mae Rihman, a girl in the 6th grade who was 10 years old. Her next birthday was on July, 17th, and she would be 11 years old then. She went to Lennox 2 School and took the exam on November 19, 1937.  Her scores indicated that in History and Civics she needs attention, and overall her grade equivalent put her in the 5th grade.  The second page had a chart with the test scores and how that fell along a national median as well as how the scores related to educational age, chronological age, and school grade. A blue and red line had charted where her scores lined up with the averages.

The tests she took for this test were:  Test 1 Reading: Paragraph Meaning is from page 3 through page 5 and has 80 questions. Page 6 through page 7 is Test 2 Reading: Word Meaning and also had 80 questions. Test 3: Diction was pages 8 and 9 and consisted of dotted lines on the paper where she wroe various sentences. In red someone wrote Grade 6. Test 4: Language Usage was on pages 10 and 11 and had 74 questions. Test 5 Literature was 80 questions and on pages 12 and 13. Pages 14 and 15 are Test 6 History and Civics with 80 questions. Test 7 Geography is also 80 questions and on pages 16 and 17. Test 8, Physiology and Hygiene is 80 questions and is from page 18 to page 19. Pages 19 and 20 are for the 40 questions for the Test 9 Arithmetic Reasoning. The rest of the pages are for the 60 questions for Arithmetic Computation. Throughout the booklet, the questions that she had answered correctly were marked with the letter "c" and the incorrect questions were marked with a checkmark.
