This letter was to the teachers of Benton County from Ella M. Mchlhaus in February of 1930, with the eight grade examination reports for the students, instructing the teachers that any grade below 70% must be rewritten in the May examination. This letter also included information about the Benton County and Des Moines Register Spelling Bee. The back of the letter was entitled "Geography" and had twelve geography questions.
