A 1944 mental ability test. Taken by Tommy Schumacher, an 11-year-old 6th grader from Lennox #4, Iowa County, on December 14th, 1944. His teacher was Mrs. Schulte.

This test booklet from the Clapp-Young Self-Marking Tests, Patented March 19, 1929. Also Licensed under U.S. Patent 1, 586,628 and edited by Frank L. Clapp, Professor of Education from University of Wisconsin was "The Henmon-Nelson Tests of Mental Ability -Form A" for elementary school examination grades 3-8 by V.A.C. Henmon, Ph.D., Chairman of the Department of Psychology, University of Wisconsin, and M.J. Nelson, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Education, Iowa State Teachers College. The copyright was in 1931 by V.A.C. Henmon and M.J. Nelson. The Houghton Mifflin Company printed this test in the U.S.A.
