4 2021-2-53 Tool Dynamic universal circle produced by the Welch Scientific Company. The circle device may be used for all theorems concerning the circle arcs, angles, tangent lines, secant lines, chords, etc. The base is 12x16 inch sheet of heavy gauge aluminum with a 20-cm diameter circle permanently impressed. Each degree I marked and a special guide slot permits moving a point to which three colored transparent plastic lines are fastened to positions outside the circle, on the circumference of the circle, or inside the circle.
