This union started in 1939 and and ran until 1979 until it merged with the Retail Clerks union to form the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW). The button is red and white with Amalgamated Meat Cutters Local No. 3 - AFL CIO 1975 written on the button.

This group, originally the National Association for the Study and Prevention of Tuberculosis, was created in 1904 to fight tuberculosis and become the National Tuberculosis Association in 1918, National Tuberculosis and Respiratory Disease Association in 1968, and became the American Lung Association in 1973. Button says "I've Had my Chest X-Ray" around the red double-bar cross emblem of organization.
