2 2022-5-1 Scale 1930-1940 Henry Troemner balance scale. The object is composed of a wooden box with a glass lid directly above the scales. The scales is comprised of two silver metal plates with thin arms that stick towards each other to gauge weight. The weights are located above a black base that can be seen as an edge when the box is closed. There is a silver turn dial that moves the two plates to be level with each other. "Since 1840 Henry Troemner, INC. Philadelphia, PA., U.S.A." is located on a silver and black metal plate above the dial. 
3 2022-5-2 Scale Weights Heavy wooden box from the Torsion Balance Co. that contains different tools needed for a weight scale to function properly. Included in the box is the following: One pair of curved tweezers with a convinent section for when not in use, a few spare hanging device parts such as a carabiner-like item. There are two section for weight, one is in grams and the other is apothecary units. 50 g, 20 g, two 10 gs, 5 g, two 2 gs, and one gram. Other weights include 4 dr, 2 dr, 1 dr, 2 s, 1 s. The box has a clasp to keep it shut.
