2	1973.40.2	Sculpture	Ceramic. Idol reproduction. Pre Columbian. Manta (pre-Inca) culture, Ecuador. Seated figure with four fingers on each hand. Right leg missing, left leg missing below knee. Around front chest has five raised clay spots. Headpiece also has raised spots on it.

4	1974.21.2.4	Candleholder	Candleholder. Contemporary with traditional Pre-Columbian owl design. -Signs of wear—superficial crack horizontal along backside, scratches; slight changes in surface color. -Appears to be faintly visible adhesive attaching beak to body—likely has broken off in past. -Paint-like markings scattered across surface; possibly from original paint, some sort of coating, etc. -Dark mark on back; most likely scorch mark from firing method, holes likely for holding in place over flame.
5	1974.21.2.5	Ash tray	Contemporary with traditional Pre-Columbian designs. Four turtle heads spaced around rim serve as cigarette holders. 4 feet spaced between heads. Printed on white label on bottom "Big G Imports. Made in Ecuador."
6	1977.47.36	Jar	Indian face, handle on back; oval-shaped opening in top with incised design on both sides. Modern.
7	1978.34.1.1.5	Figurine	Replica of Chibcha god. Figure is wearing a decorative headdress. Hands are at waist. Face has fang like teeth and ear plugs with large, circular eyes. The headdress has a broad nose and large, closed lips. Figurine is on a clay base that is indented a bit on the bottom. The back is plain. Appears to be crafted from a mold.
8	1978.34.1.6	Figurine	Hollow and open at top. Arms holding a mace-like stick in front. Band of circle ornament around top and around neck; dips in a V at back. Same design around bottom. Eyes and lips mirror coffee beans, two feet stick out beneath robes.
9	1978.34.1.7	Figurine	Arms in front. Below hands is a skull, wearing a band show border and ear plugs. Wide nose and fang-like teeth. Hollow with hole in bottom.
10	1978.34.1.8	Figurine	Arms in front, thumbs up. Wearing ear plugs; band around forehead, decorated. Belt around waist with knot in front. Bib around neck. On back are two long decorations with tail, one on each side.
11	1982.18.3	Figurine	Warrior figure. Seated figure of a man, made of clay, reddish tint to it; man wearing a 2-horned helmet, holding a weapon out in front of him. Large prominent nose on figure.
12	1988.21.21	Figurine, animal	Hollow. Chicken, hole in back between neck and tail. Feather design incised on tail, eyes incised, comb with incised design, points protrude from body all over to resemble feathers. Feet at bottom.
13	1998.20.17	Pitcher	Chibcha god depicted. Small hands and feet, painted orange. Large orange face is half of pitcher. Has big eyes which appear closed and lips; nose large with yellow gull's ring though it. Yellow ribbed collar around neck. Elaborate headdress with large half-circle earrings, points facing outward. Yellow lines drawn to create diamond shape. "Hat" is orange and curved like half circle, straight edge being the bottom. Lines carved crease squares and scallops across the front; has yellow flowers at top. Hat is trimmed along top with yellow border; lines cut into it, making it look like sun rays. Spigot also in border, and green stopper is behind it. Thick orange handle.
14	1998.20.19	Pitcher, water	In shape of a woman from waist to head. Waist on down is round: main part of pitcher. Has arms on waist, with grooves cut into hands to indicate fingers. Straight torso with offset breasts. Crude facial features - lines and gouges to indicate mouth, eyebrows and eyes; sharp pointed nose. Ears somewhat shaped. Hair in back, partially colored black. Clay itself is colored light brown, with dark brown ink used to draw decorations, mostly faded.
15	2001.20.1	Bowl, offering	Gray glaze. Motifs represent a princess wearing royal ornaments. Bowl has small lip, then bulges in the middle before tapering down to a small bottom. Brownish and gray tinge. Color: BR
16	2001.20.2	Burner, incense	Round with two turtle heads on opposite sides, protruding from sides. Mouths of turtles are open. Burner rests on four feet. In between the feet is the belly, scored with design. Design is etched around top of burner also.
