It gives several primers to use, what phonics children should be practicing, and other classroom tips to help students learn to read all based on reader levels. A cardboard insert, titled "Rhymes from the Aldine Primer," lists 17 common rhyming phrases with red text pointing out important items for teachers to take note of for their lessons. This was originally in the back of a book titled "Learning To Read: A Manual for Teachers"(#1975.4.9.1) that was an Aldine Readers work. |
