1 1975.4.63.0002 Schedule "High School courses" printed out in black letters at the top of the front side showing the different academic patterns a student could choose. The four paths were chosen by English, Latin, German, and Business. For whatever path a student in this high school chose, the four years of classes could be dictated from the chosen category. The number "707" is written in the upper right hand corner. 4 2021-16-395 Paper "Resolution Naming Depositories of Public Funds" form 52-A11 from Klipto Loose Leaf CO., Mason City, IA. This is Iowa Official Form No. 697. (Chap. 352-D1. Code of Iowa) and was checked in March, 1934. This form would be sent by either the Board of Supervisors, Township Trustees, Board of School Directors, City or Town Council to the Secertary, Clerk, or County Auditor about what public funds would go where, as well as the purpose of the funds.
5 2021-16-396 Notice "Notice of Annual Meeting Independent District Sections 2746, 2754, 2749, Laws 1915" blank paper for Iowa counties to use to call an annual meetin for the electors of any given independent district. This meeting specifically would be held to determine the director and the treasurer, as well as holding open time for discussion and other propositions.
6 2021-16-397 Financial Record "Treasurer's Authorization to Depository Bank" blank financial records. This form was Form T-16. Department of Public Instruction, 1936. also known as Form 57-1BB. and produced by the Klipto Loose Leaf CO., Mason City, Iowa. These records allowed for the treasurer to give money or charge money to various school districts.
7 2021-16-398 Instructions This set of instructions comes from the State of Iowa Department of Public Instruction and was written by Agnes Samuelson, Superiintendent. R.C. Williams was the Director of the Research Division and this specific Accounting Circular No. 7 was released in March, 1936. This instruction gave treasurer's information on how to file school warrants and other financial records such as, "Treasurer's Authorization to Depository Bank". 
8 2021-16-399 Salary Records This paper is a set of what the mimimum salary could be for teachers. "Teacher's Minimum Salary Scale." was produced by the State of Iowa and explained, "Teachers' Salaries based upon Certification, Training, and Experience." At the time, the most a teacher could be paid was $120 a month and this was only if they had both two years experience and were Graduates of a Four Year Course in an Approved College with Iowa State Certificate or Iowa State Diploma. The lowest salary was $50 a month and that was if the teacher only had a Third Grade Uniform County Certificate of Iowa. This paper was published by Ferguson & Benson Co., Publishers, Mason City Ia. and went into effect on July 4th, 1919.
9 2021-16-400 Taxes This paper, "Certificate of School Taxes" or "Iowa Official Frm No. 636. (Approved June, 1924)" also known as "Form No. 72B P-A41476" is a blank tax form for the County Auditory and Board of Supervisors for each county to fill out for their schools.
