String instrument, 6-strings. 29 3/4" overall length: 16" head, 26" shaft extending for 12" under parchment of head Head consists of wood bowl 2 3/4" wide, 3 1/4" deep, 16" long, covered with parchment extending 1" -1 3/4" over sides and tacked to wood. 6 green gut strings extend from leather thong attachment on shaft to wood with carved string-slits in hole of head. (Numbered shaft near head.)

Priest's string instrument and bow. Single string atonal instrument. a. Instrument b. Bow. Sound box is cube-shaped with animal hide wrapped around. Long piece of wood through middle of box with a tuning peg at the opposite end of box. String attached to peg that runs the length of the instrument and is suspended above the box by a v-shaped piece of wood. The bow is an arched piece of wood with string attached at both ends. Color: TN, BR, BK

Sistrum cymbal. Two wires across the center of the U-shaped top hold 5 movable disks that create noise when moved. One of the disks is made of tin; the rest are brass.

Drum and stick. a. Drum appears to be made of hollow tree trunk. Secured at bottom and top with shaped branch and also rope, encircling it. At four places two ropes stretched from top to bottom, spread 4" at top and bottom and lashed together with leather thong in center for several inches. Crown of feathers wrapped around one end for 27 1/2". Top and bottom are parchment made from animal skin. Rope carrying handle. Hole, 3/8" diameter, drilled in each side. b. Drumstick. Curved wooden branch with small mallet carved in one end.

Standing drum leaning on two wooden bent attachments.There are vertical etches down the bottom 2/3 of the drum. There are five wooden spokes that protrude from the top of the etchings that hold down the drum head with string.
