A handheld school bell. The handle is black and the bell is a dark, brassy color with green oxidation marks starting to appear. Inside of the bell is a metal weight attached to a metal hook which swings back and forth to make noise. Compared to the other similar bell (ED2021-148), this one shows a lot more wear on the handle and on the bell.
