Part A: Blouse has 18-button center front closure with dressmaker worked buttonholes and ruffles outlining square yoke front and back. All buttons are missing. Long sleeves with bell sleeves at the wrist. Upper sleeve has vertical tucks to take up fullness to fit. Gathered at bottom into ruffle band 3 1/2'' wide at wrist. Drawstring waist. Mandarin collar. Part B: Skirt with back placket and four 5'' bias ruffles at bottom. Two embroidered floral design inserts above ruffle. Back 41'' long. Lace, lace inserts, tucking and ruffles.
