Jefferson No. 5

The Jefferson Center School (Jefferson No. 5) building was damaged by a tornado in 1941, but there are currently no records to indicate it caused the school to close. While it was open, the school also often served as a community gathering space for churches, funerals, singing school classes, et cetera.
