Living Arctic: Sustainability and Tradition on the Top of the World
UNI Museum presents Living Arctic: Sustainability and Tradition on the Top of the World an exhibit that explores how Indigenous cultural practices can help create a more sustainable life in the Arctic. The exhibit will be available to view all hours the library is open from September 10, 2019 - May 31, 2020. The exhibit is a collaboration with Andrey Petrov, associate professor of geography, and the Arctic, Remote and Cold Territories Interdisciplinary Center (ARCTICenter).
The opening reception and remarks by UNI President Nook are September 10, 4-6 p.m. at the UNI Museum, 1st floor of Rod Library. This event is free and open to the public.
