Metal skimmer used for cream. The thin sheet of tin is pear shaped, with a wide, slightly bowed scoop that tapers into a narrower handle. On the scoop is a series of small holes which are arranged into a diamond shape, on the handle is a single, larger hole for hanging. Tarnish present on most of object, some rust is visible as well.
