Metal skimmer used for cream. The thin sheet of tin is pear shaped, with a wide, slightly bowed scoop that tapers into a narrower handle. On the scoop is a series of small holes which are arranged into an outline of a diamond shape with intersecting lines within it, on the handle is a single, larger hole for hanging.
