Top 3 1/2" back and front and short, puffed sleeves of white with lavendar printed plant design, except for narrow top tip around neck and across shoulders (yoke), which is cotton-lavender, red, yellow, and black bands, and sleeve bottom which is black cotton with red rick -ack stitched on by machine. Major portion of blouse front and back consists of cut-out designs in cotton revealing contrasting color beneath. White and pink rick-rack included in design on back, white and blue in front. Top color red; others orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, black. 1-inch band of printed, striped heavy cotton (muslin?) around bottom of blouse; colors pink, medium blue, chartreuse, and white.
