Open down the front with satin panels on either side of opening with nine covered buttons on edge of panel. Crushed satin belt at waist. Skirt gathered in back with four panels of vertical tucks on skirt front and sides. 3/4-length sleeves pieced with 2 band black rick-rack on upper sleeves. Ends of sleeves have white net.
