Hand crocheted. Ends crocheted tgether in a close circle suggesting that it had been originally sewed to bottom of skirt. Several different dyelots of yarn used plus a final border of eight orange scallops. Cut green threads along top edge apparently threads by which this piece was attached to skirt.
