Medium sized wooden case that is painted black and closes with two swivel clasps, the proper left hoop is missing but the hook is still intact. There is one handle on the proper right side and it is gold and swivels and locks into place. Note in case: "Rex W. Pershug (unclear line) Rotoscope from John Deere Engineering. Aug. 6, 1974".
