Vial has a tan and black printed label, on front of the label is the name of the company and product, an ingredient list, and a small image of a person leaning on a lion which is laying down. Around this area is a simple black boarder with corner details. On the back of the label is instructions on appropriate use of the product. Inside the bottle there is a white powder residue on the bottom and sides. There is wear and rips on the label which impact readability. The number "1" on the front of the bottle has been scratched out in blue ink and the number "36" has been written in the same ink to the left of it. Object is made up of two parts, vial (36a) and cork stopper (36b).
