Metal can opener with cast iron handle and arched steel blade; the blade is attached to the handle via rivets; attached to the blade is a cast iron slotted guard. The word "SPRAGUE" is embossed on one side of the handle (note that the "E" looks like a "B"); the handle also includes a large hole for hanging. Some tarnish and rust are present on the blade. Most likely from the late 19th or very early 20th century.
