The March 1939 edition (Volume XVIII, No. III) of "Child Life: The Children's Own Magazine." Includes pages 97-144. Published by Rand McNally & Co., U.S.A. The cover features art by Robert O. Skemp, which shows two children, a boy in a red sweater and a girl in a blue skirt/shirt outfit and yellow jacket, playing outside with a dog. The boy is flying a kite. The subtitle on the bottomed reads, "Stories - Games - Puzzles _ Clubs and Contests." The table of contents lists several sections including stories and poems, things-to-do, special features, pages of interest to parents, and read aloud pages. This page also lists prices for this magazine in different counties; U.S.'s price being $2.50 for a year subscription. $4 for two years, $5 for three, or 25c individually. The rest of the pages are either black and white or colored only in yellow and blue. The back cover features blue and red coloring and an ad for three children's books, each 50c. "Virginia" is also handwritten on the back in pencil.
