Pattern of 4 dark linear horizontal bands. 1st and 3rd band alternate in blocks of thin & thick. 2nd band has 7 felt squares, orange, yellow, staggered throughout. Waist hem has white rope-like piece decorating seam between body & waist band. Bottom hem has orange felt with yellow strip attached to a handwoven backing of red on silk geometric patterns extending below felt. White cotton label attached to back lower left corner with blue print with Chinese headings with #31 written in red & #103 written in black. Muslin sleeves tacked along length of back lateral edges.
