One-half peso. Circular in shape and silver in color. Obverse is the picture of a building with medio peso written on the left. On the rigfht is written "Faro a Colon. Columbus's Lighthouse". On the reverse is written Republica dominicana. The center is the coat of arms and below that is the date 1989. Color: SL
