Glued in-between two pages is a bulletin from the September 29th, 1901, service at the First Methodist Episcopal Church, corner of 8th and Washington Streets, Cedar Falls. Front and back covers are plain, black, and have two gold binding screws with a star engraving. Inside cover is titled "Empire Reversible Separate Leaf Notebook."
