Small leather covered booklet with "My Lady's Shopping Book" imprinted on the front. Piece of mirror on inside of front cover. The pages are written on in pencil and contain what seem to be evaluations of an musings about teachers. A majority of the paper in this booklet goes unused. On the back inside the cover is a short poem written in print rather than cursive. The front cover has scratch going all the way across. Mirror is tarnished.
