Top is round and forms into a square at the base. It is woven with various types and widths of straw and leather. Most of the basket has two layers of woven material. Most of the outside is dark or dyed straw. Inside is lighter in color. Leather lines the edges of the rim and base. Two straps of leather, one red & one brown, woven into the center of the basket. About an inch from the top there is a strip of leather encircling the basket and turn into handles. The handles do not appea sturdy enough to support the basket. Color: BR, TN, RD
