Ledger of meeting minutes from Owen Center, Iowa. Dates go from 1910 to 1936 and end on page 51. Pages numbers were handwritten on the top right corner of each page. Sheets were removed between page numbers 57 and 59. Both annual and board meetings are included in the ledger. Cover is black with a red leather binding. Gold print is in the center and says, "Record Township Secretary." Two stickers are placed on the front and back interior covers. They both have the following information: "Viva Dyre RR1 Bx 480 Rockwell IA 50469. Brown stains are visible throughout the pages. Binding is worn, but everything is attached and in stable condition. Concerns the local schoolhouse and Rockford Public Schools near Rockford, Cerro Gordo County, Iowa.
