Combined clothing brush and sewing kit given to the donor by Erma Plaehn. Erma taught at UNI from 1936 to 1973 in the Lab School. The brush is made from plastic fibers and the handle is made from a soft brown leather. The top of the brush opens to a built in sewing kit by pushing a small brass button. Inside are four pins, a safety pin, and needle thread tool. "Made in Germany, U.S. Zone" is written on top in gold.
