This test booklet is Form B of the "Master Achievement Test in Reading for Grade One" and was published by the American Education Press Inc., 400 South Front Street, Columbus, Ohio. The front page has a space for students to write their names, grades, school, the date, and the city they were from, as well as for the teacher to include the score for part one, part two, and the total, as well as a separate place for the Reading Grade Score. The students were given ten minutes for part one and twenty minutes for part two. The entire booklet is four pages and part two begins on the third page. Part one has fourteen questions and part two has eleven. It was copywritten in 1937 by the Educational Printing House, Inc. All Rights Reserved. The booklet has not been filled out.
