The City College of Dongguan University of Technology is an established institution that focuses on management and engineering. This college is located in Dongguan, China. The two institutions established an exchange student program for graduate and undergraduate students that lasted for five years (beginning in 2009). At the time, the current president of UNI was Benjamin J. Allen who partook in signing this agreement.
