Object 2023-12-2 has 3 parts (A-C). Porcelain jar was a gift from President Xia of SUES (Shanghai University of Engineering Science) to University of Northern Iowa President Mark A. Nook. The gift was given to President Nook at the signing of the "2 + 2 partnership" agreement with SUES in October 2019.
2C) Aluminum lid for the porcelain jar. Lid angles inward slightly as it goes up. On the top is the handle which curves upward in a u-shape. Both ends of the handle are dragon heads. In the middle of them is a daisy-looking flower with 8 petals.
