Front cover has dark smear and white smear about 1/2 cm in size below the title. Both the front and back inside covers are black. Notebook pages are white with gray lines. Top line is thicker than the rest and is 2 cm from the top. Small hexagonal shape on the bottom right corner of each right page (left sides do not have the symbol). The rest of the lines are 3/4 cm apart. Final page is for "IMPORTANT CONTACTS," separated into sections with spaces for name, office phone number, fax number, mobile phone, and email. Flip side has 2022-2024 calendars by month. Bottom right corner of back cover has "UNI / University of Northern Iowa," and "Foundation" below, all in gold lettering.
