Leather pouch with copper pins holding the pieces together which rotate to open the pouch. Possibly a cigarette pouch, or possibly for cartridges. Says the patent is pending. Has the owner's name marked on it -- "W Wetherell". His serial number is on the opposite side -- "37811741". Some creases and scratches in the leather but the inside is in very good condition. Has some discoloration from being closed, discoloring the leather underneath the outermost layer.
