World War II-era U.S. Army Signal Corps collar disk likely with a lead backing. Circular in shape. All is gold in color. Features two flags crossed in front of a torch which is the insignia for the Signal Corps branch. Some minor abrasions and tarnishing on both sides. Printed on the back side is the text "NS MEYER inc. New York" and the company's logo of a shield with their name in it is below. Two pins on the back side, each having a typical metal pin clasp.
