Biermann, Druggist" embossed in the center, "3xii" is embossed in the glass above this; to the left of the label is a line of 11 embossed dashes measuring ounces, every other dash is marked with a number counting 2, 4, 6, 8, 10; to the right of the label is a line of six embossed dashes measuring cc, the dashes are marked 50, 100, *blank*, 200, *blank*, 300. 3 1969.39.13 Bottle Glass bottle with cork stopper, once used for medicine. "viii" is embossed on the top center of one side, to the left of "viii" are 15 raised dashes for measuring with every other dash being labeled with an embossed number counting up from one-seven, on the right side of the "viii" are 4 raised dashes for measuring the dashes are labeled 50, 100, *blank*, 200. A scalloped pattern in the glass begins at the slope of the shoulders of the bottle and goes until halfway up the neck. There is a chip in the lip at the top of the bottle. On the bottom is a narrow, embossed diamond containing the number "1", another embossed "1" can be found on the outside of the diamond, above the rightmost point. 1969.39.13 (Bottle) image
4 1969.39.18 Tool Late 19th or early 20th century wooden potato masher. Large cylindrical top which tapers into a smooth handle with a round knob at the end. Object is all one unit, carved from a single piece of soft wood. There is visible wear and discoloration, mostly concentrated on the top.
5 1970.17.6 Tool Tin biscuit cutter in the shape of a circle. Top is flat with a single welded handle and several small, circular punctures in the shape of an asterisk (*).

8 1975.31.19A Kettle Replica of soup kettle used by Hoover Commission, which fed Polish refugees after World War I. Plain varnished with black trim and lettering. Black raised rim to hold lid. Screw eye and metal loops at opposite sides to serve as handles. Lettering around kettle: P.-A.K.P.D. 9 1975.31.19B Kettle Lid belonging to a wooden replica of a kettle used by the Hoover Commission. There is raised turned knob in center and a small slit on one side. Numbered "19 (slit) 21 r." around rim and lettered in a circle around knob "KUCHNIAN: 10 PINSK". 
10 1975.5.30 Container La Flor de Portuondo brand Cuban cigar box, wood. Outside of box is brown wood with stamped black text and red detailing. There are several stickers, to the left of the logo on the top and encircling the box is a deep green band denoting that a tax had been paid, in the center of the lid below the logo is an oval shaped sticker with the Name Juan F. Portuondo in black text, on the bottom right of the lid is a caution label in the shape of a rhombus, on the rightmost side of the box there is an image of workers harvesting tobacco on a plantation, and on the bottom of the box there is information on the factory in which the product was produced. The inside lid of the box is white with text and an image of two men, one in Native inspired attire and headdress and the other in Spanish-style clothing holding a spear, between these two men is a circular image of a tropical landscape with the silhouettes of people in the background. There is blue text on the inside edges of the box.
11 1976.1.5 Cup Tin coffee cup with light blue outside and white inside. Single handle attached by metal pins over the seam created when the tin was overlapped. There is chipping in the paint and the exposed tin in the chipped areas has rusted, chipping is more prominent on the handle, top lip, and bottom.
12 1992.09.5 Cup Small metal measuring cup with red handle. One side has stamped lines for measuring, marked as one quarter, one half, and three quarters.

18 UNIM1989.5.33 Tool Glass funnel set used for canning, set contains two parts: one tapered funnel (33a), and one wide bottom funnel (33b). The tapered funnel has a wide bowl which quickly tapers into a narrow, open cylinder at the bottom, there is a single small handle on one side. The wide bottom funnel is shaped similarly to a bowl with no bottom, it very gradually tapers from a wide top (3 3/4" diameter) to a very slightly narrower bottom (2 3/4" diameter).
19 UNIM1992.12.35 Tool Cake decorating set including a metal container with a plunger and five interchangeable tips with different shapes and sizes that can be used to make different types of decoration. Two screw-tops, one at the top and the other at the bottom, allow for the tips to be changed and frosting or other products to be inserted. Also included is a paper instruction sheet with information on instructions and techniques on how to use the product including images of what finished products may look like.
20 UNIM1992.12.36 Tool An envelope with 9 tools to be used to make and decorate various foods. 36a: tan paper envelope with yellow trim, black text describes contents as tools for decorating with whipped cream, meringue, mayonnaise, creamed cheese, and more, provides instructions for how to use included materials, and features two recipes that can be made using the included tools. There is a large black and white picture displaying what types of food and decorations are possible when using the product. numbers at the bottom indicate that the product cost 50 cents. 36b: brown plastic tool consisting of a single circle which is beveled out and a straight, thin cylinder coming out from the center. 36c: brown cone which is open on both ends, the widest point is a smooth circle and the tip consists of six spikes that are widely spaced. 36d: brown cone which is open on both ends, the widest point is a smooth circle and the tip consists of six spikes that are moderately spaced. 36e: brown cone which is open on both ends, the widest point is a smooth circle and the tip consists of seven spikes that are closely spaced. 36f: brown cone which is open and smooth at the base and has five small slits at the tip. 36g: brown cone which is open and smooth at the base and has a single, small hole at the tip. 36h: brown cone which is open and smooth at the bottom and the tip has been shaped into a large angled line which is wider at the top and thinner at the bottom. There is a small crack that goes from the widest point at the top until 3/4ths of the way down to the base. 36i: brown cone which is open and smooth at the bottom and the tip has been shaped into a small angled line which is wider at the top and thinner at the bottom. 36j: brown cone which is open and smooth at the bottom and the tip has been shaped into a small half-circle with eight small spikes.
21 UNIM2000.17.1 Tool Metal cookie cutter, design is in the shape of a lit candle in a crescent-shaped candlestick holder, there are two circular rings around the candle design. The back of the object is flat with a single metal handle and three circular punctures.
