176 2022-12-1 Photograph A portrait of Ephraim Strawman.  Ephraim was born on August 7th, 1828 in Marion County, Ohio and passed on February 2nd, 1920 in Anamosa, Iowa.  He was a farmer throughout his life, owning 160 acres of land east of Anamosa.  On the photo itself, it is written that Ephraim was the father of Mrs. Etta (also known as Rosetta) Strawman Barker in blue pen.  Also on the back is the logo fom J.
