It states that he completed "one-hundred sixty-four (164) years teaching experience in the public school and is entitled to exemption from supervised teaching." Dated December 24th, 1942, Indianapolis, Indiana. Serial No. 6676 E. Signed by Clement T. Malan, the State Superintendent of Public Instruction.  The certificate is green and all ink is in black expect for the serial number in red.

59 RSC-Kansas-6 Photograph Color photo of the Lower Fox Creek (District #14) limestone school, located on the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve near Strong City, Kansas. The photo, taken by Jayme Owens, shows the school sitting among golden colored tall grasses with a tall bare tree to the right. The sky can be seen through its three side windows. The photo earned second place at the 2006 Iowa State Fair. This school, built in 1882, is preserved as a national historic landmark by the National Park Service. It was open as school from 1884-1930, when it was then used either as a bunkhouse or to store hay. While it was open, attendance ranged from 3 to 19 students and served eight grade levels. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and bought by the National Park Service in 1996 as part of the prairie reserve.  RSC-Kansas-6 (Photograph) image
60 RSC-Kentucky-3 Card Handmade merit card given to Paulina Burkhardt of District No. 53, Cedar Run, Greenup County, Kentucky, on Oct. 21, 1870. The teacher was William M. Wills. The card is a small piece of lined paper with a handmade decorative border. All info is in black ink.  It reads: "This is to certify that Paulina Burkhardt does stand head of the 1st class spelling also Good behavior in school correct recitation Punctual attendance and merits esteem. Given under my hand Oct 21st, 1870, public School District No. 53, Cedar Run Greenup Co. Ky." 
61 RSC-Massachusetts-6 Booklet The Huttlestonian, Vol 6, No. 1., published in 1927 by the Fairhaven High School in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.  The cover has an illustration of two red sailboats on a lake. Softback, bound with three staples. It features several ads from local businesses, editorials by students, jokes, and current events in the school. 
62 RSC-Massachusetts-7 Booklet The Huttlestonian, Vol 10, No. 2., senior issue published in 1933 by the Fairhaven High School in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.  The cover has an embossed "FHS." Written on the cover is "Property of Isobel S. Tuell, Romm 3 - Yew Bldg." Softback, bound with three staples. It features the senior class roster with photos, senior activities with photos, and several ads from local businesses.
