97 1999.5.32.0002 Dress Sheath type dress with high collar, empire waist and long sleeves. There is a slit on the right and left side of the dress that goes up to midthigh. The dress is white with orange and yellow flowers approximately 4" big and approximately 3" apart. The top part of the dress has several narrow tucks running vertically above the waistline band.
